鯉は好きなモチーフの1つですが、鯉が元々持っているイメージを、何か新しく独自のものにできないかと思い、色彩を変えて描いてみました。
幻想的ながらも、どこか寂しさを感じさせる雰囲気に仕上がりました。
 
The koi is one of my favorite motifs; however, wanting to transform its traditional image into something new and unique, I experimented with the color palette.
The resulting piece has an atmosphere that is fantastical yet carries a hint of melancholy.
